How far in advance should a family book?
At least 48 hours, and earlier during peak seasons (April–May, September–October, and Korean holidays). Family-favorite items like the full-feature stroller and the Rollz Motion 2 sell out first, and stock changes often.
We land at Incheon with everyone and everything. What’s the smoothest first day?
Take the AREX airport express directly to Hongik Univ. Station — no transfers — and pick up your gear at Exit 3 before heading to the hotel. If check-in is still hours away, group luggage storage is available in the same neighborhood, so nobody sightsees with a suitcase.
